Ordering & Customization
How do I place an order?
Click Start Your Keepsake and complete the order form. I'll personally review your request and contact you within 1–2 business days to discuss your project, answer any questions, and finalize the details before creating your keepsake.
Are all keepsakes custom made?
Yes! Every keepsake is handcrafted and personalized just for you. No two pieces are exactly alike because every story is unique.
Can I request something that isn't shown on your website?
Absolutely! I love creating one-of-a-kind keepsakes. If you have a special idea, please reach out—I'd be happy to discuss your vision and provide a personalized quote.
Memory Keepsakes
What clothing can be used?
Most cotton, flannel, fleece, baby clothing, button-up shirts, dresses, pajamas, uniforms, and similar garments work beautifully.
If you're unsure about a particular item, feel free to contact me before sending it.
Should I wash the clothing first?
Yes. Please wash all garments before shipping them and leave them uncut.
Can multiple garments be combined into one keepsake?
Yes! Many keepsakes are created using several garments to incorporate different colors, patterns, or meaningful pieces.
Will imperfections in the clothing be removed?
Not always. Signs of love and wear—such as faded fabric, repaired seams, or worn edges—often become part of the keepsake's story.

Depending on the item, personalization may include:
Names, Dates, Birth information, memorial dates, design, short phrases, and thread color
Can I choose my thread color and font?
Yes! I'll work with you to select options that best complement your keepsake.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined?
Prices shown throughout the website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on size, materials, embroidery complexity, personalization, and any custom requests.
You'll always receive a final quote before work begins.
When is payment due?
Once your design and quote are approved, payment instructions will be provided.
Production begins after payment is received.
Turnaround Time
How long will my keepsake take?
Current turnaround is approximately 2–3 weeks after:
Final design approval (if applicable)
Receipt of any customer-supplied materials
Payment

Do you offer rush orders?
If you need your keepsake for a special occasion, please let me know. While I can't guarantee rush orders, I'll do my best to accommodate your requested timeline whenever possible.

Do you ship throughout the United States?
Yes! I proudly ship handcrafted keepsakes throughout the U.S.
How should I send my clothing?
Package your garments in a clean plastic bag inside a shipping box or padded mailer to help protect them during transit.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my keepsake?
Care instructions vary by item and will be included with your keepsake whenever applicable.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Because every keepsake is personalized and handcrafted, returns cannot be accepted unless there is a workmanship issue.
